Full Description:
The Kamome Festival will celebrate the 10 year anniversary of when the little boat — called Kamome — washed ashore in Crescent City as result of a tsunami in Rikuzentakata, Japan. This tragic event sparked a special sister city relationship between Rikuzentakata and Crescent City. This is a FREE event.
